WoodShare is a Community run and supported organization.
While some of our funding has come from local businesses and
municipal governments, the majority of our support comes from
the people of our community.

WoodShare accepts donations of firewood as well as cash.
We can not do logging, felling or any other sort of tree removal.
We have neither the skills nor the equipment to do so.
Logs
Only logs that are cut and stacked
for easy access by a logging truck can be accepted.
We need to hire a logging truck and driver to pickup any logs
therefor single logs and small loads are uneconomical for WoodShare.
Consider your neighbour’s and friend’s.
They may be happy for an extra log or two for winter.
Firewood
Wood that has been bucked and split is what we need most of.
Please allow access by a pick-up truck and trailer for removal.
Cash
E-transfer to
WoodShare has applied for Charitable Status
with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Until we are approved by the CRA,
WoodShare will be unable to issue Charitable Receipts
for your generous donations.
